Ages 24 t0 36 months
Confidence is a key factor in learning success, children take risks, express themselves, and make friends. Butterfly classes run every week, for 2 hours, during the following time slots:
M, W, F: 11.00 - 13.00
T, Th: 14.30 - 16.30
Collaborative learning
At our Reggio-inspired playgroup, we firmly believe in the value of collaboration and social interaction. We have meticulously designed an environment that not only encourages but also demands children to actively engage with each other, thus fostering and honing their social skills and teamwork abilities. Our enrichment time is specifically tailored to provide children with group activities aimed at teaching them how to communicate, negotiate, and cooperate with others. These experiences not only promote social-emotional development but also instill in them a sense of empathy, respect, and belonging.
Kindergarten Readiness
Preparing children for kindergarten is an absolutely essential aspect of our Butterflies playgroup classes. We fully understand that the transition to unaccompanied classes can be a significant challenge for both children and parents. Our playgroup activities are specifically designed to promote kindergarten readiness skills, such as social-emotional development, fostering independence and fundamental language skills. Through engaging play-based experiences, children learn to interact with peers, follow routines, and work together in a group setting, which are absolutely vital skills for a successful kindergarten experience..
Risk-taking
Taking risks and overcoming obstacles is vital for children to develop resilience, problem-solving skills, and a sense of accomplishment. These experiences play a fundamental role in laying the foundation for their future academic and personal growth. Our Butterflies playgroup classes offer developmentally appropriate challenges that allow children to take calculated risks confidently. Children can climb on low structures or experiment with different materials, supported by our experienced team.
